MONOKO — PROGRAM RULES

This Program Rules document is incorporated by reference into the Monoko Terms and Conditions of Service (Main) V4 (Monoko-Terms-Conditions-Main). It sets out the current Promotional Phases, the Founder Slot, the Beta-grad Yearly Lock, the Founders' Bonus Window, the FGF program parameters, free-tier conversion mechanics, anti-fraud monitoring thresholds, and the KOS application calendar.

This is an operational document. Routine updates apply prospectively per Main T&C §9, subject to the already-issued-slot honoring under Main T&C §9.6 and the material-adverse-change cancellation right under Main T&C §9.7.

Rule-label convention. Labels such as CF1, CF2, and CF3 are public shorthand labels for commission/fraud guardrails used consistently across the Main T&C, Affiliate Terms, and KOS Terms. They are explanatory labels only and do not create separate unpublished rules.

1. PROMOTIONAL PHASES — CURRENT CALENDAR

1.1 Phase Calendar.

1.2 Phase-Transition Treatment of Existing Subscribers.

(a) Beta Tier 1 subscribers at the end of Beta who continue paying carry into Public Beta on the same SKU at the same price.

(b) Public Beta carry-users whose subscription continues past 28 Oct 2026 into Grand Launch step up to GL Monthly at the standard GL price at the next renewal, unless they accept the Beta-grad Yearly Lock (§3). Public Beta carry-users do not receive the Founders' Bonus on GL step-up (P3 lock), but the underlying GL Monthly subscription remains commissionable for Affiliate / KOS programs.

(c) Founder Slot subscribers carry into Public Beta and then into Grand Launch at their original Founder Slot Monthly price until the end of their 6-month rate-lock period; thereafter they step up to GL Monthly at standard GL price.

1.3 Future Phases. Monoko may publish additional Promotional Phases (e.g., post-GL anniversary promotions, regional launches, seasonal sales). Each will be added to this §1 with its own window and eligible SKUs.

2. FOUNDER SLOT

2.1 Cap. Maximum 50 slots total, mixed PRO + ULTRA, first-come basis. Once the cap is reached, the Founder Slot signup form is automatically disabled at the form level (no payment-method authorization is attempted; rejected applicants are auto-routed to standard Beta Tier 1).

2.2 Signup Window. 12 Jun 2026 – 28 Jul 2026, or until the cap of 50 is reached, whichever earlier.

2.3 Pricing. Per Pricing Schedule §3:

• Founder Slot PRO: $19.50/mo (≈50% off GL retail $39; ≈33% off Beta Tier 1 PRO $29).
• Founder Slot ULTRA: $49.50/mo (≈50% off GL retail $99; ≈37% off Beta Tier 1 ULTRA $79).

2.4 Rate Lock. 6 months from individual signup date — Founder Slot pricing is honored monthly until expiry of the 6-month window per User, regardless of phase transitions.

2.5 GL Step-Up — 2× Founders' Bonus Carry (CF2). Founder Slot subscribers who step up to GL Monthly (not Yearly Lock) during the Founders' Bonus Window (§4) receive double the standard GL Founders' Bonus credit amount per Plan tier for the first 3 months:

• PRO Founder → GL PRO Monthly: +1,000 cr × 3 months (= 2× standard +500 cr × 3).
• ULTRA Founder → GL ULTRA Monthly: +2,000 cr × 3 months (= 2× standard +1,000 cr × 3).

2.6 No Bonus on Late Step-Up. A Founder Slot user who steps up to GL Monthly after 27 January 2027 (i.e., outside the Founders' Bonus Window §4.1) receives no Founders' Bonus (neither 1× nor 2×). Standard GL pricing applies and the 6-month Founder rate-lock continues to be honored only until its individual expiry date.

2.7 No Commission on Founder Slot or 2× Carry (CF2). Founder Slot subscriptions are excluded from KOS Commission (margin protection). Bonus credits issued under §2.5 are not commissionable for any Affiliate or KOS. See Main T&C §11.4 and Affiliate / KOS Terms.

2.8 Lifetime Founder Badge. Founder Slot accounts retain a lifetime "Founder" badge visible in their account profile.

3. BETA-GRAD YEARLY LOCK (RETENTION OFFER)

3.1 Eligibility Window. Active Beta subscribers (Beta Tier 1 or Founder Slot) are presented the Yearly Lock offer at Month 6 ± 30 days from their individual signup date. The window is per-user (signup-anchored), not a fixed calendar window.

3.2 Minimum-Activity Threshold. Subscriber must have generated at least 3 ads within the Service before the offer is presented.

3.3 Pricing. Per Pricing Schedule §5:

• PRO Yearly Lock PRO_BETA_GRAD_Y: $300/yr (displayed "$25/mo billed annually") + 2,000 Bonus Credits at signup (lump).
• ULTRA Yearly Lock ULTRA_BETA_GRAD_Y: $804/yr (displayed "$67/mo billed annually") + 4,000 Bonus Credits at signup (lump).

3.4 Public Beta Subscribers. Public Beta Tier 1 subscribers follow the same per-user Month 6 ± 30 days rule from their individual signup date.

3.5 One-Way Retention Offer. A subscriber who declines the Yearly Lock at the offer window may continue Monthly until the standard phase transition occurs.

3.6 CF1 — Attribution Break. The SKU change from *_BETA_T1_M or *_BETA_FND_M to *_BETA_GRAD_Y breaks attribution:

• No Affiliate commission is paid on the Yearly Lock SKU.
• No KOS commission is paid on the Yearly Lock SKU.
• No FGF Inviter bonus is paid on the Yearly Lock.
• Any Affiliate or KOS commission earned on the prior Monthly subscription (Months 1–6) is not retroactively clawed back.

3.7 Non-Refundable. Beta-grad Yearly Lock is non-refundable per Main T&C §6.3.

3.8 Bonus Credits. The 2,000 / 4,000 Bonus Credits at signup are Bonus Credits per Main T&C §4.5(d) — frozen on cancellation, revive on re-subscribe, NOT commissionable.

4. FOUNDERS' BONUS WINDOW (GL LAUNCH BONUS)

4.1 Window. 29 October 2026 — 27 January 2027 inclusive, ending at 23:59 UTC+07 on 27 Jan 2027. Subscriptions started after the end-date receive standard GL pricing without bonus. No grace period; no extension.

4.2 Eligibility. Direct, FGF-attributed, Affiliate-attributed, and KOS-attributed signups qualify. Public Beta carry users do NOT qualify (P3 lock — they already received Beta-rate value, see §1.2(b)).

4.3 Bonus Structure.

Bonus credits are added on top of the base monthly Plan Credit allowance, not replacing it. Example: PRO Monthly receives 2,000 base cr/mo + 500 bonus cr/mo = 2,500 cr/mo gross for the first 3 months.

4.4 Bonus Credit Treatment. Per Main T&C §4.5(d):

• Non-refundable.
• Frozen on cancellation; revive on re-subscribe.
• NOT commissionable for any Affiliate or KOS (Main T&C §11.5).

4.5 Stacking with Founder Slot 2× Carry. Founder Slot users who step up to GL Monthly during this window receive 2× the standard Bonus rate per §2.5. Founders' Bonus Window does not stack with any other Bonus program except as expressly stated.

5. FGF (FRIEND-GET-FRIEND) PROGRAM PARAMETERS

5.1 Cap per Inviter. 10 successful invites per Inviter per rolling 3-month window. The window is anchored to the Inviter's account signup date and resets every 3 months.

5.2 Activation Gate. A referral becomes a "successful invite" only when the Invitee:

(a) is a genuinely new account (no prior Monoko account associated with the Invitee's identity, payment method, IP, device, or email domain); (b) has been subscribed (Free or paid) for 14 calendar days; AND (c) has performed ≥5 ad generations within the Service.

5.3 Reward Amounts.

5.4 Reward Timing. Credited within 7 calendar days after the activation gate is met.

5.5 No Cash; Credits Only. Per Main T&C §10.5(c). No external currency, voucher, or non-Credit reward.

5.6 Bonus Credit Treatment. FGF Credits are Bonus Credits per Main T&C §4.5(d):

• Do not expire while the recipient holds an active subscription.
• Frozen on cancellation; revive on re-subscribe.
• NOT commissionable for any Affiliate or KOS (Main T&C §11.5).

5.7 CF3 — No Inviter Bonus on Yearly Lock. Where an Invitee subsequently elects the Beta-grad Yearly Lock or any other retention SKU, no additional FGF reward is paid to the Inviter (§3.6 + Main T&C §10.4).

5.8 Updates Apply Prospectively. Per Main T&C §10.8 — changes to the cap, activation gate, or reward amounts in this §5 apply to future referrals only. Already-credited rewards and already-pending referrals (Invitee signed up before change) are honored under the rules in effect at Invitee signup.

6. FREE TIER — CONVERSION MECHANICS

6.1 Free Tier Allowance. 25 credits/day · ~750 credits/month. Daily reset at 00:00 UTC+07 (ICT, Bangkok / Indochina Time).

6.2 Conversion Drip and Triggers.

(a) 80% monthly credit consumed: soft modal one-time "Credit running low — Upgrade Beta T1 $29 / GL $39" + days-remaining countdown. (b) 100% monthly credit reached: generation hard-locked until next monthly reset; modal "Upgrade now / wait until reset (D-day)". (c) Email + LINE OA drip: Day 7 (educational), Day 14 (use case), Day 21 (testimonial), Day 28 (limited offer 500 bonus credits if upgrade within 7 days). (d) Behavioral triggers: users who save >5 templates or generate >10 ads receive a priority offer email with 500 bonus credits. (e) Founders' Window banner displayed to free users during the Founders' Bonus Window (§4.1) with countdown.

6.3 Anti-Fraud Carry. IP/device/payment-method tracking on free signups; concurrent multi-account flagged.

7. ANTI-FRAUD MONITORING THRESHOLDS

7.1 Weekly Fraud Monitor. During the first 3 months of GL (29 Oct 2026 – 28 Jan 2027), Monoko operates a weekly fraud-rate monitor for Affiliate and KOS cohorts. Monitoring continues thereafter on an ongoing basis.

7.2 Threshold and Cohort Floor.

(a) Fraud-rate threshold: 5% (cohort-level). (b) Minimum cohort floor: 20 active Referred Users. The 5% threshold applies only where the Affiliate or KOS cohort comprises at least twenty (20) active Referred Users. (c) For cohorts below the 20-active-Referred-User floor, Monoko conducts manual review within 14 calendar days rather than auto-triggering on a mathematical percentage. Monoko provides a concise reason code where lawful and operationally safe, and limits any hold or pause to the scope reasonably necessary to investigate.

7.3 Consequences of Threshold Breach. Per Affiliate Terms / KOS Terms — may include: (a) Auto-pause of Elite-tier promotions; (b) Hold of Commission accruals in extended escrow pending review; (c) Suspension of Affiliate / KOS account pending investigation; (d) For KOS Yearly UPFRONT payouts: temporary revert to deferred 90-day for the affected KOS.

7.4 Operational Tuning. Threshold and cohort floor may be tuned prospectively in this §7 based on observed fraud patterns. Tuning applies to future cohort assessments; commissions already paid out are not retroactively re-evaluated solely on threshold change.

7.5 Escrow Challenge / Mediation Window. If an Affiliate or KOS disputes a hold, escrow extension, or forfeiture decision, the User may submit a written challenge within 14 calendar days after notice. Monoko will conduct a good-faith review and, where the dispute is not resolved, observe a 30-day mediation / escalation window before final forfeiture, except where immediate action is required by fraud, chargeback, sanctions, payment-processor, or legal-risk obligations.

8. KOS APPLICATION CALENDAR

8.1 Application Opens. 13 July 2026.

8.2 Pre-application Window. 29 September 2026 onward (during Public Beta).

8.3 Onboarding. Approved KOS may earn commission on Beta Tier 1 referrals from their individual approval date forward (not retroactively from Beta start). Full GL provisioning 29 October 2026.

8.4 Cohort Target. Soft GL cohort target of 50+ approved KOS, criteria-gated, no hard cap. Approval at Monoko's sole discretion.

9. CHANGE LOG — V1

V1 (2026-05-16): Initial extraction from Monoko-Terms-Conditions-Main-V3-Final §9, §10, §8.8, and Monoko-KOS-Terms-V3-Final §2.1, §2.4, §2.5. Created to support V4 Main T&C refactor (separation of operational program parameters from legal framework).

Phase calendar (2026-05-16): Beta start moved from 15 May 2026 → 30 May 2026 (+15 days). All downstream phases shifted by the same +15-day threshold.

Phase calendar (2026-05-17 — current): Beta start moved from 30 May 2026 → 12 Jun 2026 (+13 days). All downstream phases shifted by the same +13-day threshold:

• Beta: 12 Jun – 28 Jul 2026
• Public Beta: 29 Jul – 28 Oct 2026
• Grand Launch: 29 Oct 2026 onward
• Founders' Bonus Window: 29 Oct 2026 – 27 Jan 2027
• KOS application opens: 13 Jul 2026
• KOS pre-application window: 29 Sep 2026 onward
