How do credits work?

Credits are consumed when you generate ads or images. Each plan includes monthly credits that reset every billing cycle. You can also purchase additional credits via top-up packages.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. When upgrading, your new plan takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change applies at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I run out of credits?

When your credits are depleted, you can purchase top-up packages for additional credits, or wait for your monthly credit reset on your next billing date.

How do Spells work?

Spells are reusable prompt templates created by the community. Free Spells are available to all users. PRO and ULTRA users can access paid Spells. ULTRA users can create and sell their own Spells on the marketplace.

What AI models are available?

Monoko uses multiple AI models through OpenRouter for text generation and specialized models for image generation. The specific models available depend on your subscription plan.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your brand data, campaigns, and generated content are private by default. Only content you explicitly publish to the Showcase becomes publicly visible. We do not share your data with third parties.
