MONOKO — PRICING SCHEDULE

This Pricing Schedule is incorporated by reference into the Monoko Terms and Conditions of Service (Main) V4 (Monoko-Terms-Conditions-Main). It sets out the current plans, prices, credit allowances, add-ons, bundles, and tier feature gating for the Service.
This Pricing Schedule is a commercial document. Updates apply prospectively per Main T&C §5. Already-paid cycles are honored. Routine updates (new prices, new SKUs, deprecation of unused SKUs) do not require fresh acceptance of the Main T&C.
1. CURRENCY AND DISPLAY CONVENTIONS
1.1 All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Local-currency prices at checkout (THB, SGD) are derived from the USD price at the prevailing rate published by Monoko's payment processor at the time of charge.
1.2 "Monthly" = recurring monthly billing. "Yearly" = single-payment 12-month commitment with monthly drip credit allocation.
1.3 Credit cost anchor reference (informational, non-binding for cost-per-operation): USD 0.00946 per Credit. Per-operation cost in Credits is published in-app.
2. STANDARD PLAN TIERS — GRAND LAUNCH PRICING
Applicable when Grand Launch Promotional Phase is active (window defined in Monoko-Program-Rules §1).

3. BETA / PUBLIC BETA PLAN TIERS
Applicable during Beta and Public Beta Promotional Phases (windows defined in Monoko-Program-Rules §1). Founder Slot is offered only within the Beta sub-window and is subject to the cap, eligibility, and 6-month rate-lock rules in Monoko-Program-Rules §2.

Note on additional ULTRA seats. Additional ULTRA seats beyond the base 5-seat allowance are not offered as a self-serve SKU at launch. Joe will publish an
ADD_SEAT_ULTRASKU and price via Pricing Schedule update after GL based on observed demand.
Notes:
- Top-up Credits never expire but require an active subscription to spend (Main T&C §4.5(c)).
- Bundles are non-refundable upon purchase (Main T&C §6.4).
5. RETENTION-OFFER PRICES (BETA-GRAD YEARLY LOCK)
The Beta-grad Yearly Lock is a one-time retention SKU offered at Month 6 (±30 days) of a Beta subscription. Eligibility window, minimum-activity threshold, and attribution-break rules are in Monoko-Program-Rules §3.

- Beta-grad Yearly Lock is non-refundable per Main T&C §6.3.
- Bonus credits are Bonus Credits per Main T&C §4.5(d) — frozen on cancellation, revive on re-subscribe, NOT commissionable.
- CF1 attribution break: no Affiliate, KOS, or FGF Inviter commission on Yearly Lock SKU.
6. ENTERPRISE TIER
6.1 No standard Enterprise SKU at launch. Enterprise = inbound triage only.
6.2 Default offer. ULTRA Yearly per seat, with 10–15% volume discount for orders of ≥10 seats.
6.3 Response SLA. 24-hour response for Large Enterprise (≥10 seats) leads at enterprise@monoko.ai.
6.4 Affiliate / KOS interim enterprise commission. See Monoko-Affiliate-Terms §4.4 (25% of first-year discounted contract value, manual payout).
7. PRICING-RELATED OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS
7.1 Minimum payout for Affiliate / KOS Commission payouts: USD $15 (~฿500). See program terms.
7.2 THB FX lock for payouts denominated in THB: Bank of Thailand mid-rate as of last business day of the prior calendar month.
7.3 Free-tier daily credit reset: 00:00 UTC+07 (ICT, Bangkok / Indochina Time).
7.4 Monthly-credit reset for paid plans: signup-anchored to subscription.signup_day_of_month.
8. CHANGE LOG — V1
V1 (2026-05-16): Initial extraction from Monoko-Terms-Conditions-Main-V3-Final §4.1, §4.2, §9.3(b), §4.14, with pricing values preserved from V5.3 pricing-model. Created to support V4 Main T&C refactor (separation of legal framework from commercial terms).
