Last Updated: 2026-05-17 Effective Date: Beta KOS application opens on the date published in Monoko-Program-Rules §8 (currently 13 July 2026). KOS Commission on Beta Tier 1 referrals accrues only from each KOS's individual approval date forward, not from Beta phase start. Full provisioning at Grand Launch on the date published in Monoko-Program-Rules §1 (currently 29 October 2026).
Operator: AEDOWON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202612161D) ("Monoko", "we", "us").
PREAMBLE — ADDITIONAL CONSENT
These KOS Program Terms ("KOS Terms") apply in addition to, and are incorporated into, the Monoko Terms and Conditions of Service — Main V4 ("Main T&C"), together with the Pricing Schedule (Monoko-Pricing-Schedule) and the Program Rules (Monoko-Program-Rules). They are not a substitute for the Main T&C: by enrolling in the KOS Program, You confirm that You continue to be bound by the Main T&C and additionally agree to these KOS Terms.
In the event of conflict between these KOS Terms and the Main T&C, these KOS Terms control with respect to the KOS Program only. All other terms (including §6 No Refund, §7 IP, §12 PDPA, §14 Limitation of Liability, §17 Dispute Resolution) are governed by the Main T&C. Phase calendar, eligible-SKU table, commission-window dates, anti-fraud thresholds, and the KOS application calendar are governed by the Program Rules and Pricing Schedule, and updates to those documents apply prospectively without re-acceptance per Main T&C §18.
PLAIN LANGUAGE — TOP TERMS:
- Application + Admin Approval required. Min 10K followers, audience match (Marketing / Business / Tech / SMB / Lifestyle), portfolio (3+ examples), ID verify (NID/passport).

- Yearly commission paid UPFRONT on Day 7 post-3DS auth.
- R-19 Anti-fraud: Referrals #1–#3 are on 90-day hold; refs #4 and #5 use a 50% Day-7 release + remaining 50% additional 30-day escrow transition schedule. 12-month cap per Referred User.

- Bonus credits NOT commissionable.
- Clawback on refund/chargeback. Termination + content guidelines + brand safety apply.
- GL cohort target 50+ creators (soft, criteria-gated, no cap).
1. DEFINITIONS
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Main T&C §2 and in the Affiliate Terms §1. References to phase windows, SKU codes, prices, and program thresholds are to the then-current Pricing Schedule and Program Rules.
- "Content Unit" — a single piece of original content produced and published by the KOS in compliance with §4 (e.g., one TikTok Reel = 1 unit; one YouTube long-form video = 3 units; see §4.2).
- "Free Plan Reward" — a complimentary Monoko subscription granted to a KOS as compensation for content production, per §5.
- "KOS" or "Creator" — a User accepted into the KOS Program.
- "KOS Program" — the single-tier 25% commission program described in these KOS Terms.
- "Manual Summit Request" — an explicit request by the KOS for promotion to a Yearly Free Plan tier, requiring admin (Joe / PM) approval before next billing cycle.
- "Referred User" — a new User who signs up via the KOS's referral link and pays for a qualifying subscription (Beta Tier 1 or any GL plan, as listed in §3.4).
- All Main T&C and Affiliate Terms definitions apply.
2. ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION
2.1 KOS Program Phase Coverage. KOS Commission availability across Promotional Phases (Beta, Public Beta, Grand Launch) is set out in the table below. The specific calendar windows for each Promotional Phase are published in Monoko-Program-Rules §1 and may be updated prospectively per Main T&C §9.
| Phase | KOS Commission status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-Beta | Not open | KOS applications not yet accepted. |
| Beta | OPEN for KOS Commission on Beta Tier 1 referrals, from each KOS's individual approval date forward. Founder Slot referrals are EXCLUDED (margin protection, §3.4). | The phase start-date marker is the earliest date a Beta Tier 1 subscription can commence; KOS Commission cannot accrue earlier than the date the KOS is approved. |
| Public Beta | OPEN for Beta Tier 1 referrals. Founder Slot is closed for new signups during Public Beta (per Program Rules), so no Founder-Slot referrals arise. | — |
| Grand Launch | OPEN — full GL Monthly + Yearly. | Full provisioning from GL phase start (per Program Rules). |
2.2 Acceptance Criteria — Criteria-Gated, No Cohort Cap.
(a) Minimum followers: ≥10,000 on a primary platform (TikTok / YouTube / Instagram / Facebook). (b) Audience match: content audience aligns with Marketing / Business / Tech / SMB / Lifestyle. (c) Portfolio: 3+ quality content examples in audience-matched topic. (d) Identity verification: Thai NID or international passport upload (mandatory, see §6.5 Q4 carry). (e) Application via the KOS application form + manual approval by Joe / Project Manager. (f) Re-evaluation every 6 months (quality + retention check).
2.3 Auto-Reject Criteria.
(a) Followers <10,000; (b) Fake / engagement-bought followers (engagement ratio <1% or anomalous); (c) Private or locked profile; (d) No Monoko-relevant audience; (e) Spam history or past KOS rejection; (f) Sanctions / restricted-persons match per Main T&C §8.2.
2.4 Application Form.
(a) Application opens, pre-application window, and onboarding dates are published in Monoko-Program-Rules §8.
(b) Required form fields: primary platform, profile URL, follower count, 3+ portfolio links, content category, content plan (target 7–10 units/month), ID verification upload, and acceptance of these KOS Terms via the additional KOS consent checkbox.
(c) Tax-form collection for non-SG/TH-resident KOS. KOS resident or domiciled outside Singapore and Thailand must, before any Commission payout, complete and submit: (i) IRS Form W-9 (for U.S. persons) or IRS Form W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (for non-U.S. persons claiming applicable U.S.-treaty benefits or certifying foreign status), as required for compliance with U.S. FATCA and U.S. Internal Revenue Code §1441 et seq.; (ii) applicable CRS / FATCA self-certification (tax-residency declaration); (iii) any further tax-residency or beneficial-ownership documentation reasonably requested by Monoko or its payment processor.
Failure to complete the foregoing forms blocks Commission payout indefinitely, even where Commission has accrued (including any Yearly UPFRONT Commission under §7.2); accrued amounts are not forfeited solely on this ground but are held until the forms are received and verified. Monoko may refresh form collection on a 3-year cycle or upon any change of tax residency.
(d) Set-off authorization for clawback. By submitting the KOS application, You expressly authorize Monoko to set off any clawback amount, refund-fraud loss, R-19 hold reversal, or other amount owed by You to Monoko under these KOS Terms or the Main T&C against any pending or future Commission accruals, Free Plan Reward economic value, or other amounts Monoko owes You, in accordance with §8 and Main T&C §15.
2.5 Cohort Target (Soft). Monoko targets a soft GL cohort as published in Monoko-Program-Rules §8.4 (currently 50+ approved KOS), criteria-gated, no hard cap. Approval is at Monoko's sole discretion.
2.6 Approval at Monoko's Discretion. Monoko may refuse, suspend, or revoke KOS approval at sole discretion, including for reasons not enumerated above.
3. REFERRAL MECHANICS — KOS-SPECIFIC
3.1 Referral Link. Upon approval, Monoko issues a unique KOS referral link tagged tier=kos_25.
3.2 KOS Attribution Priority. Where a Referred User is attributed to both an Affiliate and a KOS (via overlapping cookies or claims), KOS attribution takes priority during the 90-day cookie window if:
(a) the KOS link click is within the cookie window AND (b) the User has a verifiable touchpoint with the KOS's published content (e.g., via UTM parameter or click-through from an identified content piece).
In all other ambiguous cases, last-click wins per Main T&C and Affiliate Terms.
3.3 Cookie Window — 90-Day Last-Click. Same as Affiliate (§3.3 of Affiliate Terms).
3.4 Eligible Subscription SKUs. Commission accrues on the following SKUs (as defined in Monoko-Pricing-Schedule):
| SKU category | Commissionable | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Beta Tier 1 Monthly (PRO_BETA_T1_M, ULTRA_BETA_T1_M) | ✅ | Margin thin; commission from individual KOS approval date forward. |
Founder Slot Monthly (PRO_BETA_FND_M, ULTRA_BETA_FND_M) | ❌ | Margin too thin — Founder Slot excluded from KOS commission. |
GL Monthly (PRO_GL_M, ULTRA_GL_M) | ✅ | 25% × 12 mo cap |
GL Yearly (PRO_GL_Y, ULTRA_GL_Y) | ✅ | 25% UPFRONT Day 7 (§7.2) |
Beta-grad Yearly Lock (PRO_BETA_GRAD_Y, ULTRA_BETA_GRAD_Y) | ❌ | CF1 — no attribution on retention SKU |
| Founder Slot 2× GL Bonus carry | ❌ | CF2 — bonus carry not commissionable |
| Add-Ons / Top-Ups / Bundles | ❌ | Not commissionable |
| Founders' Bonus Credits cost | ❌ | Bonus credits not commissionable (§6.3) |
3.5 Rate-Lock at Referral. 25% rate-locked at the Referred User's signup date × 12 months.
3.6 12-Month Commission Cap per Referred User. Total Commission paid on any single Referred User is capped at 12 calendar months from that User's signup date.
4. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Minimum Output. 7 Content Units per month (target 10).
4.2 Content-Unit Equivalents.
| Content Type | Units |
|---|---|
| Social post (TikTok Reel / IG Reel / FB / X) | 1 |
| Long-form video (YouTube ≥5 min) | 3 |
| Blog / article (≥1,000 words) | 2 |
| Template / Resource | 1 |
| Story set (3+ stories) | 1 |
| Live workshop / webinar (≥30 min) | 5 |
| Carousel post (5+ slides) | 2 |
4.3 Content Standards.
(a) Original content created by the KOS (no AI-mass-generated spam without disclosure); (b) Includes accurate Monoko product representation; (c) Compliant with Main T&C §8.7 prohibited conduct; (d) Compliant with FTC Endorsement Guides 16 CFR Part 255, Thai Consumer Protection Act, EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive — including clear and conspicuous #ad / "advertising" / "I am a Monoko Creator" disclosure; (e) Brand-safe contexts (no adult, hateful, illegal, IP-infringing, malware, or other unsafe placements).
4.4 Content Review. Monoko's PM team conducts auto-check + manual review. The default V4 publication baseline is a 72-hour SLA for manual review. Revision turnaround: 7 days. Appeal window: 96 hours where the 72-hour SLA is used, or 72 hours if PIPE confirms a faster (e.g., 48-hour) operational SLA in the Program Rules.
4.5 3-Strike Removal. Three documented content-standards violations within a rolling 6-month window result in KOS termination per §9. Grace period: 1 violation pardoned per quarter at PM discretion.
5. FREE PLAN REWARD
5.1 Free Plan Tiers — Auto-Issued.
| Tier | Issuance | Threshold |
|---|---|---|
| Free PRO Monthly | Auto each month | ≥7 Content Units posted in month · 0 paid refs required |
| Free ULTRA Monthly | Auto each month | ≥7 Content Units AND ≥3 paid refs in month |
"In month" definition. "Month" for purposes of §5.1 means a calendar month, defined as the period from the 1st through the last day of the calendar month, evaluated by close of day (23:59) at UTC+07 (ICT, Bangkok / Indochina Time). Content Units posted on or after 00:00 UTC+07 on the 1st of the next calendar month count toward that next month.
5.2 Free Plan Tiers — Manual Summit Request (Yearly).
| Tier | Issuance | Threshold |
|---|---|---|
| Free PRO Yearly | Manual Summit Request — Admin approve — apply next billing cycle | ≥10 paid refs in last quarter (cumulative) |
| Free ULTRA Yearly | Manual Summit Request — Admin approve — apply next billing cycle | ≥20 paid refs in last quarter |
5.3 Free Plan Provisioning Mechanics.
(a) Free Plan provisioned via internal subscription metadata type=kos_creator, tier=kos_25, phase=<beta|public_beta|grand_launch>;
(b) Free Plan replaces (does not stack with) any Free or paid Plan the KOS otherwise has;
(c) Free Plan is governed by Main T&C in the same way as a paid User's plan, except payment-related sections do not apply;
(d) Free Plan ends if KOS is terminated or fails monthly threshold (Auto-tier flips down to next-lowest threshold met).
5.4 No Cash Equivalent. Free Plan Rewards are not exchangeable for cash. They are not commission income for tax purposes (consult Your tax advisor).
6. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
6.1 Single Tier 25%. Flat 25% recurring commission × 12 months per Referred User. No tier climb.
6.2 Commission Base — User-Paid Amount. Commission base = the actual amount paid by the Referred User for the eligible subscription, NOT retail × 12, NOT including the cost of Bonus Credits.
Illustrative examples (based on Pricing Schedule V1; commission base updates automatically with future Pricing Schedule changes per §6.6 and Main T&C §5):
- GL PRO Yearly $384 paid → 25% = $96.00 (UPFRONT Day 7 post-3DS, subject to R-19)
- GL ULTRA Yearly $984 paid → 25% = $246.00 (UPFRONT Day 7 post-3DS, subject to R-19)
- GL PRO Monthly $39 paid → 25% = $9.75/mo × 12-mo cap
- GL ULTRA Monthly $99 paid → 25% = $24.75/mo × 12-mo cap
- Beta T1 PRO $29 paid → 25% = $7.25/mo × 12-mo cap
- Beta T1 ULTRA $79 paid → 25% = $19.75/mo × 12-mo cap
6.3 Bonus Credits NOT Commissionable. Founders' Bonus credits, Beta-grad Yearly Lock bonus credits, FGF rewards, Founder Slot 2× carry credits — all excluded from Commission base. (Main T&C §11.5.)
6.4 Founders' Bonus Window. KOS-attributed signups during the Founders' Bonus Window (dates in Monoko-Program-Rules §4.1) do qualify the Referred User for the Founders' Bonus; KOS Commission is calculated on the subscription price only (per §6.2 + §6.3).
6.4A Public Beta Carry-User Step-Up. Where a Referred User is a "Public Beta carry-user" (Main T&C §11.4A) and steps up to GL Monthly during the Founders' Bonus Window, no Founders' Bonus credits are issued to that User; however, the underlying GL Monthly subscription remains fully commissionable for the KOS at 25% per §6.2. The bonus exclusion is User-side only and does not affect KOS Commission accrual.
6.5 Retention-Offer Attribution Break (CF1, CF2).
(a) Beta-grad Yearly Lock (CF1). When a Referred User transitions to the Beta-grad Yearly Lock SKU, attribution is broken. No KOS Commission is paid on the Yearly Lock SKU. Commission earned on the prior Monthly subscription (Months 1–6 of Beta) is not retroactively clawed back.
(b) Founder Slot 2× GL Bonus carry (CF2). Bonus credits issued to Founder Slot users on GL Monthly step-up generate no additional KOS Commission. Commission base remains the GL Monthly subscription price.
(c) Founder Slot referrals are excluded from KOS Commission entirely (§3.4) — independent of CF1/CF2.
6.5A Retention-offer attribution examples.
| Scenario | Result |
|---|---|
| KOS-attributed Beta T1 Monthly User later accepts Beta-grad Yearly Lock | CF1 attribution break; no KOS Commission on the Yearly Lock SKU; prior clean Monthly Commission is not retroactively clawed back. |
| Founder Slot User uses KOS link | Founder Slot referrals are excluded entirely; no KOS Commission accrues even if the User later carries 2× GL Bonus. |
| GL Monthly or GL Yearly User uses KOS link after approval | Commissionable at 25% on actual user-paid amount, subject to R-19, fraud, and clawback rules. |
6.6 Margin Acknowledgement. KOS Commission accruals are honored as stated in §§6.1–6.5 without conditional unit-economics gating. (See Appendix B — Margin Notes (Informational) at the end of these KOS Terms for non-binding worst-case-margin worked example.) Where the Pricing Schedule is updated prospectively, the Commission base under §6.2 updates accordingly for newly-accruing Commission; rate-locked existing Referred Users continue at 25% on their actual paid amount per §3.5.
7. PAYOUT SCHEDULE
7.1 Monthly Subscriptions — Accrual + 14-Day Hold. Same as Affiliate §5.1 — accrual at invoice.paid, 14-day hold before payout.
7.2 Yearly Subscriptions — UPFRONT Day 7. Subject to §7.3 R-19 anti-fraud holds, KOS Commission on Yearly subscriptions is paid UPFRONT on Day 7 post-3DS authentication of the Referred User's payment.
7.3 R-19 Anti-Fraud Holds (Critical).
(a) Referrals #1–#3 — 90-Day Hold. For each new KOS, the first three (3) Referred Users' Commissions are placed on 90-day hold before payout. This protects against ring-fraud onboarding patterns.
(b) Referrals #4 and #5 — Day-7 split + additional 30-day hold. For Referrals 4 and 5, 50% of the Commission is released on Day 7 (post-3DS authentication); the remaining 50% is held an additional thirty (30) days before release as a transition-zone safeguard.
(c) Escrow challenge / mediation window. If a KOS disputes an R-19 hold, escrow extension, or forfeiture decision, the KOS may submit a written challenge within fourteen (14) calendar days after notice. Monoko will conduct a good-faith review and, where the dispute is not resolved, observe a thirty (30)-day mediation / escalation window before final forfeiture, except where immediate action is required by fraud, chargeback, sanctions, payment-processor, or legal-risk obligations. (See Monoko-Program-Rules §7.5.)
(d) Referrals 6+. Released per the standard schedule (Day 7 for Yearly UPFRONT; standard 14-day hold for Monthly).
(e) R-19 Worked Example (Yearly $984 ULTRA × 25% = $246.00/ref):
| Ref # | Schedule | Released Day 7 | Held |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1, 2, 3 | Full 90-day hold | $0 | $246.00 each |
| 4, 5 | 50% Day 7 + 50% × 30-day escrow | $123.00 each | $123.00 each (30 days) |
| 6, 7+ | Standard Day 7 release | $246.00 each | $0 |
(f) After the first five (5) referrals successfully complete the applicable R-19 hold or split-release schedule, R-19 holds expire and standard payout schedule resumes for that KOS.
7.4 Minimum Payout. As published in Monoko-Pricing-Schedule §7.1 (currently USD $15, approximately ฿500). Below threshold, balance rolls over.
7.5 Payout Methods. Same as Affiliate §5.5 and §5.5A — bank / PromptPay / Wise; cash only; no Credits in lieu. Where payout is denominated in THB, the USD→THB FX rate is locked at the close of the calendar month preceding the payout, using the Bank of Thailand mid-rate published on the last business day of that month, and the payout statement discloses USD amount, BOT rate, conversion date, THB equivalent, withholding, and hold/release status.
7.6 Tax Withholding. Same as Affiliate §5.7 (cross-reference to Monoko-Affiliate-Terms §5.7):
(a) Singapore KOS: Singapore Income Tax Act + IRAS guidance. (b) Thailand KOS: Thai withholding tax (typically 3% on service income); Phor Ngor Dor 50/50 ทวิ certificate issued. (c) Other jurisdictions. KOS responsible for self-declaration and payment of all applicable taxes; non-SG/TH-resident KOS must complete IRS Form W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (non-US persons) and applicable CRS / FATCA self-certification per §2.4(c) before any payout. Failure blocks payout indefinitely. Monoko may issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC (or equivalent jurisdictional reporting form) where required by law.
7.7 Tax Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on Commission and on the imputed value of any Free Plan Reward, where the latter is treated as taxable income in Your jurisdiction. Indemnification under Main T&C §15.1(f) applies.
8. CLAWBACK & FRAUD CONTROLS
8.1 Refund / Chargeback Clawback.
(a) Monthly: clawback within the applicable Merchant of Record / card-network dispute window (typically 30 days unless the processor or card-network rules specify otherwise). (b) Yearly UPFRONT: any chargeback or refund (e.g., via Main T&C §6.6 cooling-off) results in full reversal of the upfront Commission, recoverable as deduction from future accruals or as a debt to Monoko. (c) Per Main T&C §6 NO REFUND policy, the only effective cash unwind is chargeback. R-19 90-day hold + escrow refs 4-5 is the primary fraud-detection mechanism.
8.2 Anti-Self-Referral Controls. Same stack as Affiliate §6.2:
(a) IP / device / payment-method / email-domain match; (b) KYC phone (Yearly attribution); (c) Linked-account / household-account block; (d) ID verification at KOS approval (NID / passport, mandatory); (e) Auto-flag if conversion rate >20% from a single source.
8.3 Weekly Fraud Monitor. Per Main T&C §8.8 and Monoko-Program-Rules §7 — Monoko monitors KOS cohorts for fraud signals. Where cohort-level fraud signals exceed the published threshold (currently 5% with a 20-active-Referred-User cohort floor; subject to prospective tuning in Program Rules §7.4), Monoko may:
(a) hold all Commission accruals pending review; (b) suspend Yearly UPFRONT release (revert to deferred 90-day for the affected KOS); (c) suspend the KOS account pending investigation.
Cohorts below the published minimum-cohort floor are reviewed individually within 14 calendar days rather than triggered by a percentage threshold.
8.4 Account Ban on Successful Chargeback. Per Main T&C §6.8 / §8.9 — KOS-orchestrated chargeback fraud → immediate KOS termination + Commission forfeiture + Referred User account also banned.
9. TERMINATION & CONTENT GUIDELINES
9.1 Termination by KOS. You may resign as a KOS at any time by emailing creators@monoko.ai. Pending Commission for clean Referred Users is paid per §7 schedule. Free Plan Reward ends at the next monthly cycle. Your Monoko User account may continue as a paying or Free-tier User.
9.2 Termination by Monoko — For Cause. Grounds include:
(a) breach of these KOS Terms or Main T&C; (b) self-referral, sock-puppet, household, or other anti-fraud violation (including R-19 hold breach attempts); (c) failure to meet 7+ Content Units/month for 2 consecutive months; (d) 3-strike content-standards violation (§4.5); (e) cohort fraud rate exceeding the published threshold (Program Rules §7) for 2 consecutive monitor cycles; (f) successful chargeback orchestration; (g) brand-safety failure — KOS published content materially damaging to Monoko reputation, including but not limited to: defamatory statements, false product claims, illegal/restricted-content placement, or association with banned advertising platforms; (h) fake-follower discovery post-approval; (i) failure to disclose Affiliate / KOS relationship per §4.3(d); (j) any ground in Main T&C §8.7.
9.3 Effect of Termination.
(a) KOS referral link is disabled immediately; (b) Free Plan Reward ends at the end of the current monthly cycle; (c) Pending Commission for Referred Users in good standing is paid per §7 schedule, subject to extended escrow; (d) Commission related to fraud / cause is forfeited; (e) R-19 holds remaining unreleased may be forfeited entirely if termination is for cause (B/C/D/E/F/H/I).
9.4 Survival. §6.5 attribution lock, §7.7 tax responsibility, §8 clawback, Main T&C §15 indemnification, and Main T&C §17 dispute resolution survive termination.
10. CONTENT GUIDELINES & BRAND SAFETY
10.1 Truthful Marketing. Same as Affiliate §8.1 — accurate representation of Monoko, Service, pricing, and program features. False / deceptive / misleading claims prohibited.
10.2 Mandatory Disclosure. Each piece of content promoting Monoko must include clear and conspicuous disclosure of the KOS relationship — "#ad", "#sponsored", "Monoko Creator", "I earn a commission" — in compliance with FTC Endorsement Guides 16 CFR Part 255, Thai CPA, EU UCPD.
10.3 Brand Safety. Content may not be placed in adult, hateful, illegal, IP-infringing, malware, anti-competitor disparagement, election-interference, public-health-misinfo, or weapons / drugs contexts (Main T&C §8.7 mirror).
10.4 AI-Disclosure for AI-Generated Content. Where a KOS uses Monoko's own AI Output as part of their content, disclosure that Monoko was used (e.g., "Made with Monoko AI") is encouraged; where the KOS uses other AI tools to produce promotional content about Monoko, a brief AI-use disclosure is required where mandated by law (e.g., EU AI Act provisions on AI-generated content).
10.5 No Cookie-Stuffing. Same as Affiliate §8.4.
10.6 No Coupon / Cashback Site Without Consent. Same as Affiliate §8.5.
10.7 Re-Evaluation Every 6 Months. Monoko PM reviews KOS performance + audience quality + content compliance every 6 months. Failing review → opportunity to remediate within 30 days, then termination if not cured.
11. CONSENT — KOS ENROLLMENT CHECKBOX
11.1 Verbatim KOS-Enrollment Checkbox Text.
"☐ I agree to the Monoko KOS Program Terms (in addition to the Monoko Terms and Conditions of Service, the then-current Pricing Schedule, and the then-current Program Rules). I understand that: (a) my approval is at Monoko's sole discretion and subject to ID verification, follower / audience criteria, content portfolio, and ongoing 6-month re-evaluation; (b) commission is single-tier 25% × 12 months per referred user; commission base is the actual user-paid amount; bonus credits are not commissionable; (c) Yearly commission is paid upfront Day 7 post-3DS authentication, subject to first-5-referrals 90-day hold and Referrals 4-5 receiving 50% on Day 7 + 50% held 30 additional days (R-19); (d) Founder Slot referrals do not generate commission; Beta-grad Yearly Lock and Founder Slot 2× carry generate no commission (CF1/CF2); (e) refunds and chargebacks reverse upfront commission; I authorize Monoko to set off any clawback or amount owed against my pending or future Commission accruals, Free Plan Reward economic value, or other amounts; account ban applies on successful chargeback orchestration; (f) I will produce ≥7 content units per month, comply with content standards (#ad disclosure, brand safety, accurate representation), and maintain ID verification; (g) Free Plan Reward is contingent on monthly thresholds and may end at any time on threshold failure or termination; (h) I am responsible for all applicable taxes on commission earnings and on the imputed value of Free Plan Rewards where treated as income in my jurisdiction; Monoko may withhold tax as required by law; if I am resident outside Singapore and Thailand, I will complete IRS Form W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (non-US) and any applicable CRS / FATCA self-certification before any payout, and I understand that failure to do so blocks payout indefinitely; (i) Monoko may terminate my KOS status for fraud, content violation, brand-safety failure, fake followers, or any other ground in §9; (j) Sensitive personal data consent. I expressly consent to Monoko's collection and processing of my Thai NID or international passport image and identifying details (issuing authority, ID number, name, date of birth, photo) for identity-verification, anti-fraud, and tax-residency purposes under Thailand PDPA §26 (sensitive personal data) and Singapore PDPA Schedule 2; I understand this is sensitive personal data, that processing is limited to those purposes, that retention follows Main T&C §12.3(d), and that I may withdraw this consent at any time (which will result in KOS termination); (k) Monoko retains NID / passport verification records for twenty-four (24) months after KOS termination unless a longer accounting, tax, fraud, sanctions, payment-dispute, or legal-hold period applies, after which Monoko deletes or irreversibly anonymizes the records with an audit trail; and (l) withdrawal of sensitive-data consent invalidates my KOS application or terminates KOS status prospectively. Clean Commission already earned and pending remains payable under §7, subject to fraud, clawback, tax, and payout holds, but no new KOS Commission accrues after withdrawal."
11.2 Withdrawal of KOS Consent. You may withdraw enrollment at any time per §9.1. Withdrawal does not affect Your continuing acceptance of the Main T&C.
12. RELATIONSHIP TO MAIN T&C AND OTHER PROGRAMS
12.1 Subordination. These KOS Terms supplement and are subordinate to the Main T&C.
12.2 No Dual-Income Stacking on a Single Referred User. A given Referred User generates Commission in only one program (Affiliate OR KOS). KOS attribution priority per §3.2; otherwise last-click wins.
12.3 FGF + KOS Coexistence. A KOS is also automatically eligible for FGF rewards in respect of separate referrals not attributed via the KOS link. The two reward streams do not stack on the same Referred User; the first attribution event wins.
12.4 Affiliate + KOS — Single User May Hold Both. A User may simultaneously hold KOS and Affiliate status, subject to Monoko's approval and provided no single Referred User generates Commission in both programs.

END OF MONOKO KOS PROGRAM TERMS — V4 Last Updated: 2026-05-17
APPENDIX B — MARGIN NOTES (INFORMATIONAL — NON-BINDING)
Note. The following is informational only and does not form part of the operative KOS Terms. It documents the worst-case margin analysis behind Monoko's commitment in §6.6 to honor KOS Commission accruals without conditional unit-economics gating.
Worst-case stack (V5.3 prices). ULTRA Yearly $984 + 4,000 cr Founders' Bonus + KOS 25% Commission yields +$9.98 (1.1%) net post-Commission — positive in all cases. This worst-case applies the 4K-cr bonus cost (non-commissionable per §6.3) on top of a Yearly Lock-equivalent payout (KOS Commission base = $984 user-paid amount, not retail × 12, per §6.2). Marketing / business teams reference this analysis; legal effect of §6.1–§6.5 is unaffected. Updated worst-case examples will be republished alongside future Pricing Schedule updates.
CHANGE LOG — V4 (2026-05-16)
V4 supersedes V3-Final (2026-05-15). V4 is a structural refactor aligned with Main T&C V4: phase dates, eligible-SKU prices, application calendar, and anti-fraud monitoring thresholds have been extracted to Monoko-Pricing-Schedule and Monoko-Program-Rules (incorporated by reference).
- Effective Date — phase-start references now point to Program Rules §1 / §8 rather than hard-coded dates. Reflects 2026-05-17 phase calendar (Beta start 12 Jun 2026; KOS app opens 13 Jul 2026; GL 29 Oct 2026; Founders' Bonus Window 29 Oct 2026 – 27 Jan 2027).
- §1 Definitions — added cross-reference notice to Pricing Schedule + Program Rules for phase windows / SKU codes / prices / thresholds.
- §2.1 Phase Coverage table — removed hard-coded dates; references Program Rules §1 calendar.
- §2.4(a)–(b) — application open / pre-application dates moved to Program Rules §8.
- §3.4 Eligible SKU table — switched from hard-coded prices ($29, $79, $39, $99…) to SKU-code references that resolve against the current Pricing Schedule.
- §6.2 Worked Examples — kept illustrative; explicitly labeled as based on Pricing Schedule V1 with auto-update mechanic.
- §6.4 Founders' Bonus Window — date reference moved to Program Rules §4.1.
- §7.4 Minimum Payout — value reference moved to Pricing Schedule §7.1.
- §8.3 Fraud Monitor — 5% threshold and 20-active-cohort floor reference moved to Program Rules §7.
- §9.2(e) Termination ground — references Program Rules §7 threshold rather than hard-coded 5%.
- §11.1 Verbatim Checkbox — updated to acknowledge Pricing Schedule + Program Rules in addition to Main T&C.
- Commission rate (25%) and R-19 hold structure (90-day, 50/50 split, 30-day escrow) retained verbatim per Joe decision B (no separate Commission Schedule).
- All operative backlinks updated to V4.
